Shipping Information

Domestic orders

Orders will be processed and shipped within 10-15 business days from the date you purchase your items (Eastern Standard Time). We currently do not ship on Sundays or Federal US Holidays. Your order will be shipped via USPS.
If you need a priority shipping, contact us at Hello@bahaari.com we’ll help you with this option.

International orders

For International Orders, please allow additional time to process and receive your purchase(s). Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International with a tracking number, when applicable based on country of delivery.
All duty taxes, fees, and any declaration of value fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
Bahaari LLC is not responsible for any orders that are lost, damaged or stolen via transit in the mail. You can file a claim with the shipping company.
 

Returns & Exchanges

Because Bahaari’s accessories are one-of-kind, hand-crafted items we are not able to take any returns at the moment. All sales including gift cards are final.
However, your satisfaction is our number one priority, so items can be exchanged within 14 days from receipt (with similar items) in original, unused condition or we can offer store credit (electronic gift card). Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns at hello@bahaari.com

SALE ITEMS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE

Bahaari has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.

Products purchased through other Bahaari retailers must be returned/exchanged to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please note that Bahaari is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. When returning your merchandise we strongly suggest adding insurance to the shipment for the dollar amount of the merchandise.
